![]() ![]() Regardless, there's a few things I need to know before you break down a 100lb arcade machine to reship it for return. But I'm going to also ask you to troubleshoot a few things. Ok, now I know you have done a bunch of troubleshooting for AtGames that essentially lead nowhere and I apologize for that. I have a 1.1 and it’s running all the latest firmware. It seems like an odd initialization bug maybe a kernel extension or some firmware issue. The controllers can’t be permanently screwed into the cabinet and my joystick buttons can’t be attached either but maybe it gives someone an idea about what needs fixing. The workaround that I discovered is obviously highly unsatisfactory. Now I’m in limbo waiting for their tech team to respond. I purchased it directly from their store, received it last Saturday, built it on Sunday and logged the problem on Monday (they’re not open on the weekend). This has been a truly awful customer experience. It’s a great cabinet, and I want it, but I need it to do what it was meant too. This is brand new, so I feel it’s a step to far to ask me to unscrew and reseat all the plugs in the controller surface (I did it for them). AtGames is really not being helpful other than asking me to troubleshoot things. I’m also loathe to dissassemble and return 93lbs of cabinet. Obviously, I want my brand new system to work as it should. during the AtGames logo display then the controllers and switches all stay dead. I can play games, all the controllers and switches work perfectly! If I plug it in too late then I get the arcade controller is not connected message. After experimenting a while, I realized that if I plug in the USB cable when the Legends Ultimate logo shows then everything works. I tried plugging in the USB after power up, and I noticed that occasionally it caused the Bluetooth lights to flash (usually they’re completely dead). If I boot the system without the USB cable plugged in, I get an error that an arcade controller is not connected. I thought it might be a stuck switch or control but it’s not that. It’s as of the entire control surface is dead but the rest of the system is fine. Everything looks correct on the display and I can navigate the system with a plugged in Xbox controller. With my whole system assembled and all three cables plugged in - if I boot the system nothing works except the strip on the top cabinet. It’s not worked since I received it last week but as I was troubleshooting I stumbled across a very unsatisfactory workaround. I have a really weird issue with my brand new Legends Ultimate. ![]()
